New patients
New patients come to us for a variety of reasons. Before we can advise you
properly we need to collect some basic information and understand what
you want or need. When you first contact the practice, we will answer any
simple queries. We find for most new patients, a 30 minute appointment is
appropriate initially. Sometimes a follow up appointment is required to
explain complex cases and discuss your needs in more detail.

Initial procedures

Practice registration
Discussion of requirements
Clinical dental assessment
Explanation of treatment options
Radiographs, photographs and study casts as necessary
Written estimate
Written report as necessary

Fees
We ask that you settle your account as treatment progresses. We do not
encourage patients to have elective dental treatment when it is not
immediately affordable. Urgent treatment is prioritised first.  More extensive
treatment needs can be completed over a few appointments which will allow
completion of
fee payments. We accept payment by cash, cheque or credit
card.
