FEE GUIDE – Notes

1.During an extensive or phased course of treatment we would appreciate if we could receive payment after each item / phase of treatment.

2.If work needs to be sent to a dental laboratory, we may request that you pay 10% or a minimum of £100 advance payment when the particular treatment commences.

3.Please enquire at the desk about our Dental payment plans.

4.Treatment cost is determined by materials used, clinical time allocation, case difficulty and laboratory expenses. We routinely give a written estimate for courses of treatment. If circumstances change during an extensive course of treatment, you will be advised and any implications in cost will be explained and a revised treatment plan will be given.

5.* FREE discounted examination for CHILD patient under 5 years, where child of a fee paying ADULT registered as a patient at the practice. If discount NOT applicable, fee for examination of children from 5-16 years applies
